As most of you know by now, Dydacomp support is now tracking and closing tickets better than ever by using a new ticket logging system that we have implemented several months back. I speak to clients every single day, and I have come to find that most people using MOM and SiteLINK support are still not aware of our online ticketing system that allows you as our customer to open, close and track your open support issues.
