Same Store Sales for Mail Order Manager Clients Grow Almost 6% in March

Posted by John V. Healy, CEO

You have to go back over a year to find as good news as the Mail Order Manager and SiteLINK eCommerce community had in March…almost 6% same store revenue growth and growth in both transactions and average order size (AOS). In March, AOS was up 4% alone and transactions were up 1%. Clients that have SiteLINK eCommerce collectively saw their March revenue climb 60% which accounted for almost all of the growth in March. That also might explain why average order size is up by the way too… SiteLINK eCommerce has very robust product recommendation and cross sell/upsell features now and many clients are taking advantage of it.

We’re not saying that things are always going to be this rosy, but it is nice to have some good news to report. Thought you might like to see how the larger verticals using Mail Order Manager and SiteLINK eCommerce did in the month of March so you will find it below. Thanks John – That is great news for our Sitelink customers. Those are some eye-popping numbers. I have always believed that our Sitelink customers have a competative advantage over our non-Sitelink customers. Some reasons why I feel that way include:

    – Ability to seemlessly publish and download new orders
    – SEO’s
    – Ease of use compared to many other shopping carts on the market

I believe this data supports my position. For any MOM customer not yet using Sitelink, I strongly encourage you to consider switching. Call your MOM sales rep and setup a demo today.
