Happy Memorial Day!

The start of summer is upon us and we hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend filled with sun, fun, and BBQs.


The Dydacomp email system will be down for an extended period of time over the weekend. This downtime is necessary to allow our network administrator to increase the storage capacity of our email server. The work is scheduled to begin during the evening hours of Friday, May 25th. We will notify you by email as soon as the email update is complete.
During this time, we have set up an alternative Support address: mom.dydacomp@gmail.com to ensure that you will be able to contact Dydacomp support throughout the weekend. Dydacomp Support is also available throughout the weekend by phone at (973) 763 9415.

Dydacomp Support will be available on Memorial Day, Monday May 28, 2012.

Dydacomp Holiday Update

From all of us here at Dydacomp we hope you had very successful holiday season, and we wish you happy holidays with an even better New Year.

As the holidays approach, we wanted to provide you an update on Dydacomp Holiday Hours and Closings:

  • Dydacomp will be open during normal business hours from 9am to 5pm ET tomorrow Friday, December 23, 2011.
  • The Dydacomp offices will be closed on Monday, December 26 and Monday, January 2 in observance of Christmas and New Years.

The Dydacomp support team can always be reached in case of emergencies after hours, weekends, and all holidays by calling 973-237-0300 at any time. All SiteLINK customers and those Multichannel Order Manager customers with Platinum Support level contracts will receive 24/7 support to address any emergency issues that cause business interruption as quickly as possible.

We would also like to remind all Dydacomp customers to please backup your M.O.M. systems as often as possible to ensure the integrity of the data.  It is also recommended that you test the backup of your M.O.M. to verify that it contains a fully working copy of your entire MOMWIN folder. This will be vital to your M.O.M. system should a major error arise as the year comes to an end and enable you easily recover your information. Happy Labor Day weekend!

The last weekend of summer is upon us and we hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend.

The Dydacomp offices will be closed on Monday September 5, 2011.

As always, in the event of a site down when the office is closed, SiteLINK Support is available at (973) 641-0901. This is an emergency line for site down issues only. Platinum Support Clients will have 24 hour support available throughout the day on Monday as well.

All non-critical issues will be handled by technical support on the next business day, Tuesday September 6 during normal business hours. You can  open support tickets online or via an e-mail  at support@dydacomp.com.

The Dydacomp offices will be closed on Monday July 4th.

Happy Holidays!

From all of us here at Dydacomp we hope you had a  successful holiday season, and we wish you  happy holidays with an even better New Year in 2011.

Whether anyone wants to admit it or not, the holidays are coming to a close as the year slowly winds down in the final 2 weeks of the December.  The holiday rush has proved successful this year with the ComScore reporting that consumers have spent $27.46 billion since November 1st, a 12% increase over holiday sales last year. Have you seen similar results for this holiday season?

I also wanted to take this opportunity to share our holiday hours:

Wednesday, December 22 – Dydacomp will close at 4pm ET for a company meeting. A limited number of Support staff will be available to handle system down and critical issue calls.

Friday, December 24 – Dydacomp will be open for a half day on Christmas Eve from 9am to 12pm ET.

Monday, December 27 and Monday, January 3 – Dydacomp will be closed in observance of Christmas and New Year’s, however; limited staff will be available to board tickets from 10am to 4:30pm ET.

System down tickets will be responded to within the hour; however, non-critical and “how-to” issues will be deferred to the next business day. As always, in the event of a site down when the office is closed, SiteLINK Support is available at (973) 641-090. This is an emergency line for site down issues only. All non-critical issues will be handled by SiteLINK Support on the next business day.
