Latest M.O.M. Update Now Available

The latest Multichannel Order Manager   update is now available for download on the support section of our website. Within this update, we have made some minor enhancements and a number of fixes for supported M.O.M. users to help improve  to help improve M.O.M.’s inventory managementorder management, order fulfillment and order processing capabilities.

This week’s executable (dated 02.21.12) includes:

  • Resolution for error that occurred when attempt was made to filter the Batch Order Making Utility orders by Demographics.
  • Corrected issue with UPS next day Saturday Delivery to ensure that it printed on the UPS barcode summary
  • Acceptable numbers have been added for Diners Club and Discover cards.
  • Resolution to ensure Add Special Pricing to products pulled up any products like 9.99 and 14.99 etc.

Latest M.O.M. Update Now Available

The newest bi-weekly M.O.M. update is now available for download on the support section of our website. Within this release, we have made some minor enhancements and a number of fixes to help improve M.O.M.’s inventory management, order management, order fulfillment and order processing capabilities.

 This week’s executable (dated 02.7.12) includes:

  • RFM Analysis now correctly updates customer records (via List Management) after setting or changing criteria.
  • Multi-pay is now able to authorize and capture funds when portion of payment is on a credit card.
  • Ensure accurate ship dates at the item level when saving an incomplete order.
  • Adjusted product search screen to ensure that item prices reflect the appropriate number of decimal places.
  • Corrected error that occurred when user attempted to edit bins from purchasing screen.

Latest USPS Shipping Rates and M.O.M. Update Now Available

Due to the release of the 2012 USPS shipping rates, Dydacomp released the newest bi-weekly executable  on Sunday (two days early)to ensure that the USPS rates are up-to-date. This release includes both fixes and enhancements to improve  your Multichannel Order Manager system as well as the  lastest USPS shipping rates.

The newest release is now available for download on the support section of our website. Within this release, we have made some minor enhancements and a number of fixes for supported M.O.M. users.

This week’s executable (dated 01.22.12) includes:

  • Latest 2012 USPS Shipping Rates
    • M.O.M. v8 users will find the addition of a new USPS shipping method called Priority Mail Regional Rate Boxes. These are best used for small packages being shipped a short distance.  The packages must be within the weight range (Box A 15 pounds, Box B 20 pounds, and Box C 25 pounds) and can’t contain hazardous material.  Delivery is normally within 2-3 days.
  • Improved integrated packing slips (L-Form, G-Form, etc.) for batches of 300 or more orders that are sent to the FedEx Ship Manager Server
  • Resolves the issue with emailing summary copy of invoices and quotations for M.O.M. v8 users.
  • Improved custom purchase order emails

New M.O.M. Executable Available!

As a continuing effort to improve the quality of Dydacomp Technical Support, we will be releasing bi-weekly executables ( updates twice a month) that include a number of fixes and minor enhancements for supported M.O.M. users.

Beginning today, new executables will be available for download from the support section of  our website every two weeks. This week’s executable (dates 10.4.11) includes minor fixes such as:

  • An Updated Blackthorn interface to support the latest version of Blackthorn.
  • Enable the ability to toggle Fedex Ship Manager Server logging toggle to off or on
  • Export wizard now allows selection of order by field
  • Apply  a payment amount to a specific  part of an invoice
  • Enable the auto activation of Channel Advisor module

New M.O.M. Update Available!

As of September 22,2011 Google Base will be changing the requirements for the Google Merchant Center and Google Product Search. In order to ensure that you will still be able to publish your Google base data feed from M.O.M. to the Google Merchant Center, you must download the latest executable dates 09/20/11. In this update, we have added the new standards for the product base data feed.

Without the new standards, you will no longer be able to update your Google Base feed from M.O.M. These  new standard includes the addition of several new fields for product search including:

  • Product Category
  • Availability
  • Gender, Size
  •  Color
  • Pattern
  •  Material
  • Gender

Along with the Google Base standards, this update includes a number of fixes that will help improve your M.O.M. system.
